Who We Are Looking For:
Painters are our company’s most valuable employees and the key to production and customer satisfaction. You will have the full responsibility and the expectation of performing what is commonly expected as industry standards for a “Painter”. We are looking for experienced, professional painters that know how to get jobs done right and keep customer satisfaction as your main priority.
Employee Responsibilities:
Be able to work up to 40 hours a week, or more when necessary.
Responsible for the surface preparation and application of materials according to project specifications to supply the customer with a quality paint job that results in excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsible for keeping company equipment clean and in proper operating condition. Reporting If equipment is either unsafe or not operating properly.
Responsible for upholding job site safety for himself and others.
Responsible for possessing the ability to follow directions and specifications provided by Product Manufacturers.
Be courteous and polite to customers, other trades, and fellow employees.
Employees must exhibit the ability to follow directions.
